Sports Festivals an Ace at Surrey Sports Park

Surrey Sports Park’s Festivals of Sport got under way on Saturday with a tennis open day of coaching with new coach Nick Ingham. The day was open for all the local community and focused on coaching adults and juniors some of who had never played tennis before. It was the start of the new tennis coaching programme at Surrey Sports Park which will have regular coaching sessions, club nights and junior summer camps.

Coach Nick Ingham said 'The day went really well. everyone was very enthusistic and I am looking forward to getting the clubs up and running.'

After the success of Saturday, Surrey Sports Park looks forward to another four festivals over the summer with squash, badminton, climbing and aqua.
