Multicultural success at WRW
27 August 2010

Guildford has seen a host of nations descend on Surrey Sports Park for the Women's Rugby World Cup, and RFU Managing Director Rosie Williams couldn't be more pleased.
Rosie Williams said: "We have had fantastic support from rugby fans from around the world here at Surrey Sports Park and the appetite for high-class women’s rugby has been phenomenal.
"We want to ensure that as many people as possible can attend matches, particularly those who purchased a tournament pass which allows them access to every match.
"Surrey Sports Park has proved to be a tremendous venue for this event and for Saturday we have been able to increase the ground capacity from 2,500 to 3,000 people. With the semi finals and the finals being staged at the Twickenham Stoop next week, we are expecting even bigger numbers to come and support this record-breaking Women’s Rugby World Cup.2
Tickets are still available for the semi final and final of Women’s Rugby World Cup 2010 at the Twickenham Stoop on Wednesday, September 1 and Sunday, September 5. You can buy tickets now via RFU.com or by calling calling Ticketmaster on +44 (0)844 844 2010.
